The Kanji Readings and Meanings (this usage):

面 (メン) – side; face

下 (した) -  down, below, under

電 (デン) -  electricity

子 (し) – child; kid; youngster

 

The Words:

うら面 (うらめん) – other side; opposite side; backside

この – this

面 (めん) - side

下にして (したにして) – down (put under; down; lower)

電子レンジ (でんしレンジ) -  microwave (electric range)

へ - towards

 

The Meaning:

らら面- “backside”

この面を下にして電子レンジへ – place this side down in the microwave oven
